{"id":38446,"date":"2024-08-28T18:01:50","date_gmt":"2024-08-28T16:01:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmb.unimore.it\/news\/call-for-papers-xxii-international-conference-in-commemoration-of-professor-marco-biagi\/"},"modified":"2024-09-03T15:56:16","modified_gmt":"2024-09-03T13:56:16","slug":"call-for-papers-xxii-international-conference-in-commemoration-of-professor-marco-biagi","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/fmb.unimore.it\/en\/news\/call-for-papers-xxii-international-conference-in-commemoration-of-professor-marco-biagi\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Papers &#8211; XXII International Conference in Commemoration of Professor Marco Biagi"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_auto\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_flex valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>The call for papers is now open for the XXII International Conference in Commemoration of Professor Marco Biagi on\u00a0<\/strong><em><strong>&#8220;Employment in the Era of AI and Digital Platforms: Understanding and Regulating Transitions&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><strong>, scheduled in Modena on March 19-20, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submitted papers should address key issues related to AI and digital labor platforms, focusing on one or more of the following main topics\/tracks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Track 1<\/strong>: Navigating the Human-Machine Interface and its Occupational Implications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Track 2<\/strong>: The Bright and Dark Sides of Algorithmic Management in the Age of Big Data and AI.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Track 3<\/strong>: Human\/Non-Human Rights and AI in the Work Environment and Beyond.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Track 4<\/strong>: Collective Rights and Social Partners in the Era of AI and Automation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Track 5<\/strong>: From Threat to Opportunity: AI\u2019s Role in Promoting Workplace Inclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">Scholars wishing to contribute to a conference track should submit their work by\u00a0<strong>01 October 2024<\/strong>\u00a0via email to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:marcobiagiconference@unimore.it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">marcobiagiconference@unimore.it<\/a>.
