Board of Directors<\/h4>\n

The Board of Directors consists of five members. Three are appointed by the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, including the President, and two ex officio members: the Rector, and the Director of the Marco Biagi Department of Economics of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. In addition, one member is appointed by the Biagi family, and one by the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Research.
\nThe Board of Directors is responsible for the ordinary and extraordinary administration of the Foundation. It adopts general guidelines for the annual plan of activities and the multi-year plan based on the guidelines laid down by the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.<\/p>\n

Board of Auditors<\/h4>\n

The Board of Auditors is the internal auditing body of the Foundation. It consists of three effective members and two alternates. It is responsible for the functions laid by current legislation for the auditing of joint-stock companies.<\/p>\n
