Participants will present their research projects, that fall within the field of Labour Relations from one of the following disciplinary perspectives: law, industrial relations, labour economics, organization theory, human resources management

Morning session – The impact of working conditions and policies on well being of elderly workers
The workshop aims to improve comparative understanding of the ways working conditions and policy interventions influence health and wellbeing during extended working lives to provide evidentiary basis for more effective policy-making. For this purpose together with an introduction on the aims of the COST action, evidence based on quantitative analysis and evaluation methods will be discussed with the objectives to increase public awareness and discuss policies implications.
Sessione pomeridiana – Allungamento della vita lavorativa. L’impatto delle politiche di welfare e delle riforme del lavoro.
L’incontro partirà dalla presentazione dei risultati di ricerche sul tema che verranno discusse con le parti sociali ed esponenti delle istituzioni. L’obiettivo, prendendo atto dell’allungamento della vita attiva legata alle riforme e delle problematiche connesse, sarà quello di individuare buone pratiche che possano avere un effetto positivo sul benessere dei lavoratori e delle lavoratrici e delle loro famiglie in una prospettiva di genere.
