Application Form | Summer School: Italian Motor Valley Experience 2025

Due to the size of our program, only the exact number of students we can fund will be admitted (30).
The program is open to students who are at least 16 years old by the time of enrollment (March 2025). This means students who are currently 15 and will turn 16 by March 2025 are eligible to apply.

A scholarship covering the application fee is available this year. This scholarship is granted to one participant only based on documentation proving that the student is already receiving full aid for financial need from their school in their home country. If selected for the scholarship, the applicant must provide documentation (e.g., a letter signed by the school director) confirming the current scholarship status.

The selection of applicants will be based on a thorough evaluation by the scientific committee, using the specified criteria. The committee will review and score all online applications, and prospective candidates will be invited to participate in a virtual one-on-one interview. After the interview, acceptance notifications will be sent via email to the admitted students (early March 2025). The admission notice will include instructions for paying the deposit fee to secure your spot by the specified deadline.

If a student who has been accepted declines their invitation, we will contact students on our waitlist to invite them to join this year’s summer program. The waitlist gives us an additional opportunity to consider the applications of qualified candidates.

The selection process will close once the maximum number of students is reached.
